About Ray

Born & raised in Vancouver, Ray specializes in marketing and selling luxury False Creek waterfront locations & Yaletown city homes.

For the past 15 years Ray has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer, providing professional, knowledgeable service beyond his client's expectations, helping them to make the right informed decision when buying & selling real estate.

Since 1998 Ray has been employed with Prompton Real Estate Services Inc. Prompton is the exclusive agent for Concord Pacific Group Inc. who is the developer of the former Expo lands, now known as Concord Pacific Place, located on the north side of Vancouver's False Creek.

Ray has been involved in the pre-sale of many of these buildings during this time and has become a Concord expert by utilizing the extensive knowledge gained of the buildings, their floorplans and the surrounding area.
